Overview
Quanta System's modular multi-wavelength platform available in up to 10 different configurations. Can combine Alexandrite 755nm, Nd:YAG 1064nm, frequency-doubled Nd:YAG 532nm, and optional 1320nm for skin rejuvenation. Hair removal is one of many applications including vascular lesions, pigmented lesions, and skin tightening.
How It Works
Unlike the Thunder MT and Duetto MT, the Light EVO does not include Quanta Mixed Technology (no simultaneous wavelength firing). Each wavelength fires independently. Integrated contact cooling with sapphire window at three temperature settings. Optional TWAIN IPL and Er:YAG handpieces can be added for expanded treatment capabilities. Features Quanta's Power+ technology for high energy output.

If your clinic uses a Light EVO for hair removal, it IS a real laser, but ask which wavelength they are using and confirm it is the laser handpiece, not the optional TWAIN IPL attachment.
