Launched 2019. Fifth generation Soprano. Tri-wavelength (755nm + 810nm + 1064nm) with Trio handpiece firing all three simultaneously. ICE Plus cooling (upgrade from ICE on the Platinum). Dual connector ports for two handpieces at once. 15-inch Android touchscreen. Smart Clinic IoT analytics. This is the most counterfeited machine in the Soprano family (see Alma's own warning about fakes).

Overview

Launched in 2019 as the fifth generation Soprano. Combines three wavelengths (755nm Alexandrite, 810nm Diode, 1064nm Nd:YAG) in the Trio handpiece with ICE Plus cooling, dual connector ports, and Smart Clinic cloud-based analytics. Won the Aesthetics Journal 'Energy Device of the Year' nomination within months of launch.

How It Works

Same tri-wavelength simultaneous delivery as the ICE Platinum, but with upgraded ICE Plus cooling that reaches lower temperatures for greater comfort at higher fluence levels. The Trio handpiece has a 2cm² spot size. SHR In-Motion delivery glides across the skin delivering rapid low-fluence pulses. Dual connector ports allow two different handpieces to be connected simultaneously, eliminating swap time between applicators. Smart Clinic IoT platform provides real-time data on system performance and treatment analytics.

Typical Uses

  • Premium clinics wanting Alma's advanced platform with IoT analytics
  • Practices treating diverse skin types at high volume

Key Features

Upgrades over the ICE Platinum: ICE Plus cooling (colder than ICE), dual connector ports (two handpieces connected at once), 15-inch Android touchscreen, Smart Clinic cloud analytics. Same 2cm² Trio spot size as the Platinum. For even faster treatments, the Titanium Special Edition (2024) added the 4cm² Trio MAX applicator. Important: this is the most counterfeited Soprano model. Chinese manufacturers produce visually identical clones for under $3,000. Alma has published a warning about fakes. If your clinic uses a Soprano Titanium, it should have Alma branding, and the clinic should be able to confirm they purchased from an authorized Alma dealer.
