Notes

Launched 2024. Sixth generation Soprano and current top of Alma's product line. The Trio MAX applicator doubles the spot size to 4cm² versus 2cm² on the standard Titanium. Independently verified as the fastest hair removal laser on the market (Sapio Research).

Overview

The sixth generation Soprano, launched in 2024. The main upgrade over the standard Titanium is the Trio MAX applicator, which doubles the spot size from 2cm² to 4cm². An independent study by Sapio Research found it to be the fastest laser hair removal treatment on the market when compared against leading global brands.

How It Works

The Trio MAX applicator fires all three wavelengths (755nm + 810nm + 1064nm) simultaneously through a 4cm² window, covering twice the skin area per pass compared to the standard Titanium's Trio handpiece. ICE Plus cooling reaches -4°C, allowing practitioners to use maximum fluence with minimal patient discomfort. Treatment speeds: full legs in 7 to 15 minutes, full back in 2 to 5 minutes, both arms in 2 to 5 minutes.

Typical Uses

  • High-volume clinics where treatment speed directly impacts revenue
  • Practices upgrading from the standard Titanium to cut session times in half on large body areas

Key Features

The only meaningful difference from the standard Soprano Titanium is the Trio MAX applicator and its 4cm² spot size. Everything else (wavelengths, SHR delivery, ICE Plus cooling, Smart Clinic analytics, dual connectors) carries over. If your clinic advertises Soprano Titanium, ask whether they have the standard Trio (2cm²) or the Trio MAX (4cm²). Both are premium Alma equipment. The SE is simply faster on large treatment areas.
